ACS AudioCarStereo, Italy

The first issue of ACS AudioCarStereo was published in 1990 and grew out of a section in AudioReview magazine devoted to car audio. ACS soon became the reference magazine for car audio technology, thanks to its powerful testing regime, but also for its expert coverage of acoustics, music and electronics, as well as its passion for cars and competitions. Over the years, ACS has managed to stay in tune with the market, becoming the best selling magazine of its kind. In 1991, ACS was one of the founders of ECAP (European Car AudioPress) and strongly supported its fusion with EISA.
ACS AudioCarStereo is joined every year by AudioGuidaCar, which lists every product currently on the market. ACS AudioCarStereo is a magazine that, while going deeply into many technical issues, also reports on events in the Italian and European markets. Through its wide news section and active participation in major shows and exhibitions, ACS offers a complete view of the car audio market. Its readers are interested in cars and music, and want to install high performance audio and video systems. The core of the magazine comprises of rigorous tests: measurements are made in a well-equipped laboratory and extended listening sessions take place in-car. Much space is devoted to real-world projects, by both professionals and amateurs.
“We are very proud to represent Italy, and also mobile audio, video and multimedia fans from our country in EISA’s In-Car Electronics Panel. This opportunity gives us a much wider view of the market, stretching beyond our national boundaries. It’s also a great opportunity to share and cooperate with our colleagues from all over Europe.”
